down to two: good and bad. You'll only hear the former on this show.
The main focus is new music with a few vintage greats thrown in for
good measure. Heavy favoritism is shown towards sounds of a psychedelic
nature.

The Swannanoa Journal

The Swannanoa Journal is a radio broadcast produced
under the management of Dr. John Huie, Director of the Environmental
Leadership Center of Warren Wilson College. The Swannanoa Journal is
recorded and produced at Asheville radio station WPVM and is broadcasted
from their station as well as WNCW in Spindale, NC.

Jonathan's aural fixation. Disproportionately representing jazz, international,
percussive, experimental, psychedelic, and atonal sounds from past and

The Cut

The Cut is a showcase of electronic music, which strives to highlight underrepresented experimental electronic artists. While the program is
coordinated locally, in Asheville, and has featured many live, in-studio performances from regional musicians; the show is hosted internationally
on a rotation basis by about a group of DJs, who are spread out over a half-dozen countries, including Chile, The UK, The Netherlands, and Slovenia.
It can get pretty arty, but whatever.
